Natural degradation of the gelcoat
Details of the layer of gelcoat which protects the Polyester laminate from the water infiltrations Seepage and very fine (+-0.5mm) microporous Brown traces, run-outs of exhaust, moulds, algae and other micro organisms which encrust themselves quickly in the gelcoat making it porous.
Cleaning by traditional process
Polishing, sandpapering, creams to be scoured, produce aggressive scratching and degrade the gelcoat. This amplifies porosity and the fast reappearance of various spots.
ORCA Yacht Cleaning Services
Eliminates the various spots. Removing yellowing and revives the whiteness of origin Roof microporosities. To give again brightness and protection to the surface with NO DEGRADATION OF THE GELCOAT>
Treated surfaces become perfectly smooth and stains are less likely to adhere to the surface.
No machine of the pumiceous type grinding machine is used.
All our products contain neither abrasive, neither Teflon, nor silicon
